Accepted payment options are bank transfer or PayPal.
Payment for custom orders is due in full at the time of order.
I expect payment via paypal within 48 hours of purchase. If you are choosing the bank transfer please inform me to extend my waiting time.
If no payment is made and I've got no message from you within 2 days, the sale will be canceled, and appropriate feedback will be left.
I will ship in 3-5 business days after receipt of money transfer.
I will ship with tracking number (delivery confirmation).
I do not include insurance (except the fees for Canada include already delivery assurance) in the shipping price, and unfortunately I cannot be responsible for damage or loss to a package due to the Post office. I recommend insurance on large orders. If you'd like insurance on your package, let me know.
The additional price for delivery assurance for most countries starts at 4,50€, depending on value of sent goods.
Shipping day is Friday, and occasionally one more day of the week. If you need something rushed, please inform me.

You are buying only the article as described in words. Additional Fotos (exept the first one showing the article), are only there for information about color (comparison), and how a yarn will look if used in a project.
Every effort is made to properly convey the correct color and structure of the yarns, fiber and handmade items. Please keep in mind, that some monitors will show colors differently, whilst I try my best to show the true color of any of my items, it is of course possible, that the color is different to what you expected.
In spite of professional finishing, and although the utmost care is being taken in spinning a durable yarn, handspun yarns, especially unplyed and artYarns are not as solid as industrial spun yarns.
All handspun yarns or items made from handspun yarns, should be washed carefully (and if possible by hand) in warm water with very little agitation. Due to the nature of handspun and especially artYans , great care should be taken when working with them. You should avoid hard pulling (tensile stress), rubbing (friction) and agitation to rejoice in them for a long time.
The possibility of shrinking of yarn is desired from some customers, so it is well preserved and should be avoided if not want.
Plantdyes and natural dyes
Natural dyes are living colors. The hues can change depending on sort of light, season, weather and in contact with acids or alkalis.
Natural dyed yarns should be washed careful, seldom or not at all. Don’t use bleaching detergents.
dyes follow a natural aging process. They are never 100% lightfast.
You can conserve your yarncolors by avoiding direct radiation (f.e. not to dry them in sunlight) and storing them in the dark.
The hues of the dyed colors depend on used sort of water, location of plants and season of harvest. They are not reproducible . Every dyeing process is unique.
